aphrodite took one look at artemis (the goddess of unmarried lesbians) and hermes (the god so gay his ankles sprouted fairy wings) and was at once struck dead with a major case of the jealz

and off they went from the comforts of mt. olympus to a mortal house party on haight street to spread their message of queer dominance

along the way, on some barren moor or heath, they met a couple from their very own warrior-skirt-sporting feminist tribe

then hercules, that stubborn stallion of patriarchy, crashed the party and they killed his ass tout de suite
i lost my friends in the shuffle to the photo outhouse and the photographer asked do you have any friends and i replied this is a greatest love of all photo shoot. she was way into that
i recently participated in a project called self evident truths, which aims to photograph lgbt people from across the country and “challenge you to look into the faces of these people, and tell them that they deserve less than you.” i remember that day being especially bright.

i’ve been working like a dog on several projects: an ep to be titled “oh, boy,” the brooklyn art library’s sketchbook project, assorted fiction stories, learning how to rock climb, taking up yoga, and a pop culture podcast/blog. yesterday, my fellow libran lizzy and i won an award for the latter. the following video might have been what put us over the top.
